Question about hair!

For those of you who know what I look like without me posting pictures... I want some opinions! First of all...hair length? What looks better, the short, around the chin layers, or longer? My hair is at an awkward poofy stage. I am getting restless. Also, hair color! We all know I love to dye my hair, and i am getting restless with that too
