[ Apollo is sitting on the couch alone, drink in hand, hair especially sharp, and for now- just observing. despite that, he looks pretty sound and like he's enjoying himself. ]

[Franziska doesn't think she's ever talked to Mr. Apollo Justice in person before, and well, this is a good as time as any, she supposes, considering Maya will complain if she tries to leave early -- so, Franziska makes her approach, whipping a nearby table instead of announcing her presence verbally like ordinary, foolish people do.]

[ the crack of the whip made Apollo jump in his seat and give a surprised squeak, almost spilling his drink in the process. when he collects himself as fast as he could in a few seconds, he looks towards the source of the sound . . . ]

[ and freezes.

suddenly, he's looking a little nervous- intimidated by her presence, even. ]

[Franziska eyes him as though he's being quite odd.]

Is something the matter? Are you cold?

C-cold?! No Ma'am!! I-I'm hot- I mean, warm- I mean- I'm fine!!

[ he gives an awkward laugh to hide the nervousness- this was Franziska Von Karma, prosecuting prodigy . . . there was no way he couldn't be acting the way he was acting. ]

( So much for a good first in person impression. *gulp* )

I gather you've imbibed in far too much alcohol already. How typical.

[Very slowly, now; Franziska more than aware that people might have trouble following logical trains of thought while inebriated.]
