[Sora sure doesn't look like an early riser, but in actuality, he's perfectly capable of waking up at odd hours. Erratic sleeping schedules come with the job; the Heartless have never been considerate enough to allow a good night's sleep. When shadows are on the prowl, he has to be ready. When duty calls, Sora has to answer.]

[That's why he's easily awake and at the designated area in the woods in the early hours of the morning. With what's coming, they'll all need as much training as they can get.]

[Sora feels Ven coming before he sees him, that same, familiar stirring in his chest. The glider gets an impressed, 'Whoa' out of him. But once Ventus nears, Sora has more important things to ask about.]

Ven. Hey.

How're you holding up?

[lockandkeyblade]

Yeah. But make sure to take care of yourself.

[Ventus has always been bright and lively. He still is, despite the heavy matters on his mind. But he feels tired more than looks tired.]

Training's important and all. But so are you.

[lockandkeyblade]

[A bit of humor filters into his voice.] Nothing to worry about. Me and Riku- We've been through way worse than this.

[Though admittedly, the training regimen Aqua's put them all through already has him pretty sore.]

Yeah. I'll even tell you about it sometime.

But for now, you focus on keeping yourself in tip top shape, and we'll do the same. [A smile.] How's that sound?

Actually... there's something pretty important I wanted to ask you.

Remember when Xehanort first made that broadcast a couple days ago?

[The one he made after stealing Terra's heart.]

[He hesitates.] If I asked you about things he told me, could tell me if they were for real or not?

[They're important questions to Sora. But to be honest, he'd still be okay if Ventus wasn't ready to answer. They're some pretty heavy questions when things are already tough on Ven.]
