[Snow was here simply because she was a member of the press. She didn't want to be among vampires, really; approached by a few of them, actually, and she kept having to decline and clutch her drink a little tighter to her chest.

But she stuck around to get some interviews. Work always took her strange places.]

[There's a blond guy with a braid to the backs of his knees bobbing around in the crowd with a faint smile on his face. He doesn't look quite out of place - his clothes are old Victorian and expensive - but it's pretty easy to tell that he's human.

Because vampires keep cozying up to him.

Now he sees a pretty girl and quietly debates if he should risk her being a vampire or not....

Why are vampires so pretty again.]

[Snow glanced to see who was talking to her, and she smiled slightly. He looked human, at any rate.]

It's different, that's for sure. [She arched a brow.]

I'm sure I'd have more fun if I was actually a vampire, though.

It has been some time since I have been able to attend a social gathering. [Aside from the music sucking, it's not a bad soiree. And he hasn't had to go murder anyone making eyes at Amy yet.]

Though I must say I find the theme suspect.
