[ Helen certainly hadn't planned this, at least not of this standard. When she'd received a mysterious package to her door (she really should've learned by now) she'd hardly expected it to contain a costume, and moreso at that be a costume that she couldn't remove. Well... that... didn't actually alter her plans but it made her feel a little more awkward about them. As for her plans? Finally pay a visit to Lion's Gate, to see what it was like and to say hello

[Smirks and takes a sip of his.] Care to dance?

[It's a step on the foreplay road. He smiles, leading her out to the dance floor.]

[ Helen left her drink on the table, forgotten as her attention was instead captured by him. Steps were good, and dancing was certainly an enjoyable step. Once on the dance floor she rested her hand on the back of his neck, keeping close to him. The dance? His choice ]

[A formal waltz, since that's what the music was for. He smirked while dancing, rather glad she agreed to come here, tonight of all nights.]

[ She lets the silence fall, relaxing to the music and easing into the dance (it's been a while since she's danced) for severaly minutes before speaking again ]

You were surprised that I had come.
