Mr. Edgeworth:
I apologize if this isn't quite structurally right. I haven't written one of these in nearly fifteen years.
Reeve Tuesti
[What follows is could be one of the most convoluted and complex resumes in the history of mankind- it lists three different master's degrees from Junon Tech (Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Mako Engineering (with the notation that its closest Earth equivalent is, as far as he can tell, nuclear engineering), a long history building cities (two cities, Kalm and Nibelheim, stated to be rebuilt from the ground up after 'disasters', not to mention the details of the city plate Midgar) and a career working his way to becoming head of Urban Development of a very large company... and then breaking off and founding his own company. Which wouldn't be a big deal if the World Regenesis Organization didn't sound so much like a global paramilitary organization with him at the head. The numbers on rebuilding from planetary-scale natural disaster are... fairly epic and sound a bit crazy.
Until his notation that the facts about the post-Meteor rebuild can be double-checked by long-time Siren's Port residents Yuffie Kisaragi and Tifa Lockheart, anyway. Apparently he's rather used to people doubting him.]

[The video feeds snaps on- it's approaching dusk, and Reeve is standing at the edge of Sector Eight with a rather thoughtful look on his face.]
There's a rather... large discrepancy between the haves and the have-nots in this place, isn't there? Promised I wouldn't be out after dark. Best get back.
[He begins to shut off the feed, then pauses.]
Where would one go to find spare mechanical parts in this place, anyway? Just out of curiosity?
