[The video clicks on as the phone falls out of a pocket and clatters to the cement floor. It's staring straight up at Mercy's chest you're welcome while she's leaning over a car. Her voice is muffled but she pulls out from under the hood and looks down. Using a rag, she picks up the phone and braces it on something near by.]
So, it looks like the Core is working again. I'm both glad to see it, and disappointed. I'd hoped with it not working, maybe that meant it was going to reverse itself and send us home.
[There's a metallic clang and a bit off curse from the mechanic. She picks up the wrench she dropped, and goes back to speaking from under the hood.]
Still, welcome to all those that got dragged here. I'm sure you've had about all the welcoming speeches you care to. So I won't go into any more.
However, if any Newcomers are looking to buy a vehicle, I'll look them over for free and do minor repairs for the cost of parts, if you need them done. My specialty is European vehicles, but I can work on about anything.

Is Medea at your place? She got out a couple nights ago and hasn't been back. She's too smart to get eaten by the Darkness monsters, but it'd be just like her to find a big dog to lounge around with.

I saw who arrived the other day. I'm assuming from what I saw on the network that you're at least familiar with him, Gabriel.
So, I thought peppermint brownies and a big batch of lasagna. Unless you have another preference. Bring your girl, Gabriel.
