He knows what I am. I told him I couldn't testify because I don't want to reveal myself so publicly, and he said I should just pretend that I died in a normal manner. In other words, that I should ignore the law if it means he'd get put away.

And I do want him to be put away, but I'm not sure it's worth the risk.
