[When the NV flickers on, the first view is of... books. Rows and rows of books, blueprints, and a desk covered in paper and ink pens, drawings of the city. It's one of the city governmental offices- and after a few moments, Reeve sits down in front of the device (and has to scramble to keep another set of papers from cascading off his desk).

I was down in the industrial district lookin' fer work an' there's a lot o' metal work down there - fire escapes an' the like - that need replacin'. Most o' 'em are rusted out hulks an' no good t'anyone.

Those are usually the jurisdiction of the building owners but if they're unusable then the owners generally either have to replace them to keep them up to city code or face a fine. If it's abandoned... I'll see what I can do. Thank you.

Also, most o' the alleyways in the industrial and poorer sectors, even if'n they go straight through are so clogged with stuff, they's a fire hazard waitin' t'happen.
