009 [video] / backdated to yesterday late afternoon before sirens
[Though the NV is floating in the air at a good distance away from Raven, as usual, the camera is angled strangely upwards, revealing a lot of cracked darkening sky and the tops of a few buildings. It has the effect that only half of Raven's face can be seen, and most of it is shrouded in her hood. Her eyes are visible, as they're glowing dimly, pulsating a vague, dull, copper-red color.
She's hovering along in the air very slowly. Her limbs are suspiciously still -- she's propelling herself entirely with magic -- and a little oddly bent, not like there's anything broken, but rather just that she doesn't want to move them. Her voice is quite dry and a little strained when she starts speaking:]
If you're in Sector Five. [She clears her throat, but she still sounds scratchy. ] There's a telepath -- one of the escaped inmates -- he's in the area. He's injured, but--extremely dangerous. Please watch out.
[She hesitantly looks at the NV for a moment as if to go on. She turns, like she's looking for something, but it's not visible what, if anything, and finally she moves to cut off the feed, muttering, possibly to herself:]
