[ Already, Clover seems much more cheerful than the last time she posted; her hair's still a bright pink, probably recently touched up, and she's grinning at the NV. ]

So whoever does the horoscope's supposed to be pretty good at that, right? I'm not so sure I buy it. I mean, if I could read the future, I wouldn't wanna be stuck churning out ( Read more... )

That's a rather interesting experiment.

How far away would I be? [ She asks mostly out of curiosity, and to see how strong the power is ]

[ Clover considers this. ] Well, I'm in the Underground Mall right now, but I'm not really all that far from the Towers themselves. I'd say a few hundred meters, maybe? [ She shuffles her feet thoughtfully against the ground. ]

I'm not sure if that's a lot. I've done it before, but it was a lot easier then.

Perhaps making a note of each location and person could help you determine that? If you know the furthest away someone is you can determine length and depending on how well you're received could give an indication to the strength of your ability.

Yeah, that's why I've got a map here, see? [ She holds it up proudly-- the NV might come with an electronic map of its own, but it's not the same. There are already a few other dots on the paper, obviously marking out where else she's tried. ]

I'm not sure what's far and what isn't for something like this, though.

It would depend on how much you've used your ability prior to this, to know whether it's expanded at all in that time. [ There wasn't really a set thing for it - some people could reach their minds to quite far distances whereas some peoples distance was a much shorter thing ]

Well, I figured out I had it only a little while ago, and I thought it was just a one-time thing. Before that...

Then I would suggest keeping a note as to the furthest and most frequent distance which you encounter today. Then for the next time you test your ability you can compare the numbers, to see whether your power is expanding.

I'll definitely try that! ... Once my head stops hurting, anyway.

Take it slow and be certain to rest. There's no sense in over-doing anything and injuring yourself.
