What happened? [ There may be concern here, possibly more so for the kittens but some for him ]

Two, in fact. One of them involves... a problem with my own genes. They were modified prior to birth to the result that my aging is... extremely accelerated. I have only a few years to live.

The other involves a DNA-targetted biological weapon within my blood. I need to find out if it's active or not. And if it is, why it hasn't killed me yet.
