Ah, well it's rather difficult getting freshwater anything here. As for teas, I have a pretty decent selection - whites, greens, blacks, and red teas with various flavorings.
It's pretty easy to find - a block south off the Orchard stop on the subway, on the corner of 4th and Egress Ave. Oh! And I don't believe I've caught your name. Mine's Fai - and if you come later in the afternoon, after school, you'll get to meet Sakura-chan.
