They taught us. Not jus' t'use our powers, but how t'live amongst a world that hated us, an' how t'be safe, even when the world was tryin' t'kill us. Not only tha', bu' they protected us, no' jus' 'cause we was their students, but 'cause it was the righ' thin' t'do.
An' then they taught us the real meanin' o' family an' friends an' what it means t'be that t'someone else.
