He's actually been taking care of himself for a change, which makes the problem he's about to address that much more confusing.]...I'm starting to think I should get checked out at a hospital or something. I keep getting these weird headaches

Particularly not with the 'alterations' being brought here makes. Going to one of the hospitals or the clinic would be advisable.

Yeah, that's probably a good idea. I'm just confused--I never got any powers last time I was here. At least, as far as I know.
