Okay. Seeing as how I asked a local and they just kinda laughed at me, I figured I'd ask you guys. Say you wanted to learn a new language or somethin'. Where would you go for that? I dunno if they'd let me into the college stuff 'cuz I've never been to an elementary school, let alone highschool. S'not for work or anything, I'm just kinda looking ( Read more... )

Perhaps having an aim in mind may help you choose which language it could be that you're interested in? Given that it would seem that many here speak Japanese that could be something to consider, although I've found that to be one of the more complex languages compared to European languages.

That would also depend on your native language and the similarities it has with other languages - many European languages have similar roots, hence why Japanese compared to them is seen as more difficult due to its difference.

I dunno, actually. Atlantican has always sounded more lyrical and song-y to me when I hear it, but maybe it's cuz a lot of our culture revolved around music or somethin'. I never really thought too much about it.
