I work at Skye Hospital, along with volunteering at the Newcomer Clinic.

There is. The NCC - Newcomer Center was set up in order to provide aide for Newcomers. The Clinic is located there, along with the Newcomer Politcal Party.

There are also many businesses that are ran by Newcomers themselves.
