I'd like to commission the help of anyone who has an understanding of chemical compounds. Or anyone who has matter-transmutation powers.

I have a substance you can't find in this world, and I'd like to duplicate it, at least on a small-scale, for personal use. I can compensate well.

A substance of what kind?

It's a chemical compound called xenothium. It's mostly used as a power source, but it's kind of unstable. It's not radioactive, but it is volatile and has to be handled delicately.

[Sure enough, in around five minutes, a late teens/early twenties kid shows up at the Newcomer clinic. Messy brown-black hair, beaten black hoodie, jeans and sneakers. Completely unremarkable, except for the dark red-lensed sunglasses he was wearing. He had a small bookbag with him, and seemed to be nonchalantly looking around for something or someone.]

[ Helen hadn't actually been at the clinic during there conversation but after suggesting it she'd made her way there - thankfully the clinic and Tower Apartments were close by, so a minute or two after he's arrived Helen herself does.

It was easy for her to locate him given that he was the only one wearing sunglasses. Approaching him, Helen gave him a small smile ]

Excuse me. By chance are you looking for someone?

If you don't mind my asking, what's your expertise with things of this nature? Are you a chemist?
