It's a pleasant sentiment. The first part, at least. The second part... Really, this place is far too quiet. I'm surprised nobody's snapped yet.

I wouldn't necessarily call it quiet....but it's a city. You're reduced to communal violence and the, uh, monsters. And that's not the kind of warfare I specialize in.

It's quiet because you're operating on a much smaller scale. For most other people that aren't very involved in international politics and warfare, I imagine this is already pretty terrible.
