Those I haven't heard much about, but I take it they're just as big of a thorn in our sides as the Core. No big surprise, but I was hoping that the last seedy organization I'd have to deal with would be Cipher.

No need. You sound like you miss him, so that should be more than enough to deal with. [it's said nonchalantly enough to provoke, even if starting a fight isn't really his intention.] I'd rather stay out of family affairs, if it can be helped. I don't think we'd have a problem unless you turned your attention to seeing how quickly you could throttle me.

Tch. There are people here that have remarkable strength, true, but so far, nobody has considered it. Or at least, not outwardly.
