[it's a video post, as always, which shows Claire sitting in a well-padded leather chair, his eyes locked on the NV, his mouth set in a sort of downward curve. he is thoughtful, musing, but forces a small smile after a moment]
My, but the news this morning was interesting, wasn't it? Two dead slaves, and three more bodies to discover the identities of. Mind you, it's probably more of the same thing.
[he pauses, shaking his head, still looking caught between unhappiness and amusement]
Slaves. Unregistered ones, no less. The marginalized, disposed of like so much trash.
[he tilts his head, and rolls his shoulders slightly, lips pressing together in something like disapproval]
Really, it's a little disgusting.
