I'll not bore you with more on that topic; it's probably worn out enough already. No, something else from me this time: discrimination, particularly this Mothers Against Newcomers group.
I have been very fortunate; I was late to enroll at Hawthorne University but embraced by the faculty here, even if the other students have been somewhat cold. When I graduate I'll bring up the school's average considerably, and as a result I'd like to get into a decent position in my desired line of work. These women propose denying particular careers to Newcomers, a closed-mindedness that I have seen frequently enough since arriving here. If we let this continue, other voices will chime in against us. It won't just be teaching, but politics, policing, healthcare--how many of you have experienced such discrimination, particularly in the past few months?
[A small pause, and Light smiles at the camera.]
Perhaps I should go and speak to them myself. I could probably convince them that we're not all that bad, don't you think?

Ah, that reminds me. There's been a lot of discussion recently about powers and their uses, and I'd like to extend the offer of my own to anyone who needs it.
