Summary: It's Halloween and it's Beatrice's Self Claimed birthday~! That means it's time for her party. You better all be there.
Warnings: Well...it is a party held by Beatrice...those have never really been exactly PG rated in the past. She'll try tonight though! (TBA)
Tonight's the night - All Hallow's Eve - Beatrice's self claimed birthday and a night of mischief, magic and wonder. The Golden Witch herself is in a wonderful mood, despite everything that's happened as of late, dressed in her detailed, trademark gown. There's no reason to fixate on Battler's words at the moment - no, there'd be none of that. Tonight was her night and hers alone. A night where she could indulge in magic and show off to all of Siren's Port, a night where she could show her worth.
Invitations had been sent out, the decor of the room perfect in every which way. The walls were painted black, trimmed with gold, ornate in design and at the very back stood a large grandfather clock, it's face visible even from the farthest corners of the room. Candles line the walls and hang from two giant crystal chandeliers. All in all, it's impressive, if not breathtaking. The music playing from the band off to one of the corners is more of the modern sort, or at least will be until the stroke of midnight. They take requests however, so don't be shy to request that favourite song of yours.
Off to the side there's an open bar, the server there most peculiar. He's dressed like any waiter or butler should be, but instead of a human head, there's a goat head. He's nothing more than a golem she's created, conjured up with magic and programmed with specific instructions and drink mixing skills. He won't care what age you are - so long as you ask nicely, he'll serve you alcohol of any sort. Don't worry about paying either, regardless of how much you may drink. Drinks are on the house.
There's a dessert and appetizer table opposite the bar loaded with various cakes and pastries along with a chocolate fountain. If you can imagine it, the treat is most likely there. The same goes for fancy hors d'oeuvre. Eat as much as you wish, the table will, for some reason, never run out of goodies. There's also an enchanted skeleton set up in a chair off to the side of the table, holding a giant bowl of taffy, lollipops and other small sweets. Reach into the bowl if you dare, he might just reach back. Don't worry however, he's simply another illusion, albeit a tangible one thanks to Beatrice's magic. He won't bite.
Tables are draped in orange silk, set out with plates and cutlery if one wishes to eat. There are false little spiders hanging from the ends of the tablecloths, napkins are designed with spiderweb patterns and there's a jack o lantern in the middle of each table, it's grinning, glowing sneer casting a ominous, soft light in the candlelit room. There are menus set upon each table along with a little bell. If one wishes for something more than the appetizers or desserts opposite the bar, all they need to do is simply ring the bell and one of the goat headed butlers will take their order. Once again, it's on the house.
There's also a game section off to one of the corners where there's bobbing for apples, pin the tail on the devil and other sorts of silly, childish games. Feel free to indulge. There's also a stand of a display candy apples here for those to enjoy to reward themselves or simply for something sweet.

Remember to enter Beatrice's costume contest - those who do will be rewarded with exploding pumpkins that turn into money and the grand prize is the best of all - a wish granted. Don't forget your masks for the masquerade!
For the costume contest, there are thirteen different categories characters can enter if they wish to. Feel free to reply to the thread category with your character if they enter and put in the subject line 'Contestant' along with whatever description/pictures you have of what they're wearing in the body of the comment. Beatrice or Tamaki will flutter along to swoon or laugh at them. If characters wish to vote on that character's costume, please put in the subject header +1 when you reply to that particular character's thread. Feel free to start up a chat with them and whatnot, just remember to enter and vote!
Feel free to go ahead and start your own threads aside from the ones Beatrice has posted below (such as the costume contest and the start of the masquerade ball) and go crazy.
