Without water, life would not exist but water took life as easily as it brought it about. Still, even living on an island, many of the people of Siren's Port had probably never experienced the full terror of having a giant wave baring down on them. That is, until today when some unlucky people on the border of Sectors 9 and 4 suddenly got far too up close and personal with an unexpected flood.
Before the water arrived, it was a normal early afternoon for that particular street and if anyone noticed the large, blue man with the sword strapped to his back and the group tailing him, well, it surely wasn't that unusual?
Four and a half minutes later a wall of water came rushing out of one of the alleys with crushing force. Nearly as tall as the buildings flanking it on either side, once it found the street the water spread like wildfire, flooding most of the block before it finally spread itself too thin to be really called a flood or a wave anymore. The initial burst lasted for less than a minute, but the water stayed, drenching the street and damaging buildings until the last of it finally drained away hours later--leaving only flooded basements and water damage behind.
Kisame, for his part, stayed hidden after unleashing the wave. He was aware of the attention it would get, but didn't want to leave until he had an idea of the results of his technique. Who would come looking personally and who had witnessed it to begin with?
