Sip your tequila, give me some time

Who: Axel, Xehanort
When: Thursday evening
Where: The Lux nightclub
Summary: Xehanort drops by for a nice chat!
Warnings: Nooone so far

Against the wall near the doors, Axel was just out of the reach of the lights, the black coat a good part of his camoflauge in the shadow. It was a good place to see everyone who came inside. He watched them like he just happened to be watching, gaze flickering briefly over one before moving on to the next; no one he'd seen thus far looked like any kind of troublemaker, but it was still early enough in the night. As far as jobs went, his was straightforward enough. He didn't need to look much like a bouncer to perform it; even in a city full of power, calling fire out of nowhere was often enough to discourage rowdiness.

Restless, he shifted from foot to foot. He'd have called the music good if he had the capacity to appreciate such things; it was better than the endless bass thump thump thump of AGI's club, anyway. There would be a break for him soon, but his shift wouldn't be over until well past midnight. And then only a few hours to wander the city and the Darkness until sunup. It was too bad. He wanted something to fight. It afforded a kind of relief, when he could only wait to see what would unfold in the meantime: with the Core, with Xehanort, with everything that affected his friends.
