Who: Ella, Hattie and Flonne When: Beginning 1/20 Where: Ella's House Summary: The girls are enduring the snowstorm. And they get an unexpected houseguest. Warnings: Flonne adorability? Hattie's Hattieness?
It was certainly interesting to look at. In fact Hattie was doing just that for a while watching from her window! However, she could put up with it for so long, "This is ridiculous, I'm -so- bored.." she muttered aloud to herself.
Glancing to the side, she saw Cat, who was sleeping on the bed, "You may be on to something." However after about three minutes of laying there, declared, "Bored agai- Wait a minute." she stared at Cat until she realized the feline was not wearing her collar. "Well, that's your problem, not mine."
How was she supposed to go the entire day without going outside? She walked out of her room and downstairs, "Ella, I'm -bored-! What are you going to do today?" she called.
"I'm hoping the snow will let up some," Ella called back, "And maybe I can shovel a bit so we aren't totally snowed in, but it doesn't look like it's going to snow anytime soon. Aside from that - well, there's supposed to be a Love is Over marathon starting from the first episode in about...two hours." She might curl up in front of the fire with a book, or dig out her violin again - she hadn't played in months. "Why?"
In snowy areas of the world, people occasionally make what they call snow angels by laying on their backs and pushing the snow with their arms to make the imprint look vaguely like wings. This is not what a true snow angel looks like however. Flonne would know. She's an angel. And she's currently covered in snow. Unfortunately for her, the robe she normally wears isn't super warm. And there's nothing covering her wings, either. Needless to say, its not very bright for her to be out right now

"What in the world would someone be doing out in this weather for?" Ella murmured as Kyra ran to the door and barked eagerly with the arrival of someone new. Maybe it was the postman!
Ella chuckled at the assurance on the other side of the door, "I believe you; most snow monsters aren't nearly so polite." Since the locks had only just been repaired, Ella carefully opened the door, taking in the sight of a girl and her bunny. A winged girl at that.
"Um. . . oh! Come in, please -- can I help you?" She'd never seen a winged human before - they certainly didn't have that race back home, as far as she knew.
To be fair, Flonne had to go to other worlds to see humans, so she wouldn't be offended by something as mild as curiosity. The offer to come in is taken almost immediantly, the girl shaking her wings like some sort of animal to get the snow off of them, and then dashing in, bunny in hand. It isn't until she's inside that she speaks again.
"I found your bunny!" She holds the little ball of fuzz up triumphantly. "He was in the park not too far from here and he looked really cold and sad. I was headed home before the snow got to bad, but I couldn't just leave the poor creature out there to freeze!" Her fingers run gently along the collar which quite obviously doesn't fit the rabbit. "I got the address here. I'm not sure how he got this thing off. I can only assume he's a very intelligent rabbit. Perhaps some sort of super rabbit! And that made it even more important to get him back to the people that love him!"
"M- Marathon?" Hattie thought to herself as Ella answered the door. She was so delighted by the idea that she'd forgotten to tell Ella to answer the door. "Oooooooohh!!! I can't wait, that's -fantastic-! Finally you'll be -properly- introduced to the genius of the series!"
Finally it registered that Ella was talking to someone other than her stepsister and she walked down the door with a puzzled expression. Which shifted to one of bewilderment, then perplexed again as she looked Flonne over. "What in heavens? Are you.. Some sort of snow fairy?"
She then gave Ella a look. One that said 'Another pet, Ella? Really?'
The little rabbit was either surprisingly tame or else scared to death of being carried around by an angel. It was clearly shivering. This could entirely be because it'd just come out from an extremely cold day that just looked to be getting worse and worse. Or, perhaps, it didn't like crazy angels. Who knows

When Hattie got a good look at Flonne she wasn't entirely certain what to think. She was too big to be -Ahiru- cute, but she was too small to be 'Joan' cute. Also she was rambling about some confusing things. What exactly was she supposed to do here? "Um
( ... )
"..." Great and adorable? Ella was tempted to say something, but she had to admit the girl was kinda adorable. But saying so? Was that really necessary? Was she really an angel?
"Uh.... Okay, Flonne." Hattie's response to the angel brought a bemused grin to Ella's lips. Yeah she had a feeling you'd say that. "Let me take the bunny for a second, Flonne. I'll get him fed - or would you like to feed him?" Because that shivering was because he was scared or cold - and why wouldn't he be? He was a tiny thing and didn't know if the humans (plus an angel) meant him harm or not.
... don't pluck the Angel, Hattie. Ella would be fairly sure that it would send them both straight to the equivalent of hell for them. Or just you.
It may not be entirely necassary, but Flonne takes a lot of pride in what she does. She may act silly more often then not, but when the situation calls for it, she is entirely capable of acting like one would expect an angel to act. However, this is not one of those times. This is the time for making new friends and cuddling with rabbits. Those sort of times didn't come nearly often enough
