Rainbow Chicken?

I went ahead and made something that i've been thinking about for a while.

Waay back when, Cheez-it crackers had a recipe on the back of their box for chicken with a kind of crumbled cheese cracker breading.

Several years ago, goldfish crackers introduced a multi-colored version of their classic snack

I tried a similar experiment with Ruffles Tapatio & Lime. Not only did it emerge from the oven looking almost day-glo orange, it was spicy enough that Ryan approved. :)

Tapatio is a staple in this house. There are occasions when we can not purchase it here in our area (mainly because only one store sometimes carries it.) On those occasions we import it from my family members in Utah. =)
