In shuffling through some old Discordian documents I came across the long lost "Wombat Wicca Papers" stuffed inside a copy of "Paganspoof"
Consisting of the WW's initiation ceremony and invocation ritual, (as well as a drawing of the "Eris" tarot card) copies should be on their way to Iowa any day now!

The end of the year & almost the end of the convolescence. Inshallah, on Thurs I go back to work. While I can't say I really miss doing UI stuff, I do miss the structure it provided to a day, & it did get mne out of the house! I wonder how Bea'll take it when She has her own operation next month & has to be semi-inactive for some weeks ( Read more... )

It's been 3 weeks only 3 wks since 1st operation but feels MUCH longer! The incision on R Hand pretty well healed over now; internal healing will take 4-6 wks from what Dr said, bringing me to only a week before the 2nd operation on 11/29! At this rate I doubt I'll be making the origional RTW date og 12/13, so I'll have to shift more paperwork to ( Read more... )

Got academic honors ihn my other two HOL Classes too! "Golden Wand" in Beginer Charms & "Golden Matcvhstick" in Beginer Transformations! I also earned a "Quill" in all 3 classes & as only 2 quills are necessary to graduate to the next level, I'll be returning in Sept as a "2nd Year" student. Not too bad for only one term!

I just won my first "Academic Honors Award" from HOL! I was awarded the "Cherrywood Wand" ("virtual" alas!) for outstanding performance in my Theory of Wandmaking class!

Last weekend was my official come-back to Civil War reinacting in the non-military impression of a civilian camnp cook. (After last year's debaccle it was painfully obvious I'm not going to cut it playing "soldier" any more!)
