Greatest movie ever visually made, defintely an experience to have in the theatre. I am so glad I am not like the many faux intellectuals out there who have trashed this movie without even seeing it. All I can say is there is a short bus out there in the world for people.

I haven't heard anyone trash it. Usually people talk about the visual effects as spectacular. Though I haven't heard much about dialog, plot, and so on.

There is a fringe element out there that likes to throw stones at anything that society in general enjoys.

And there's an even fringier fringe element that gives those people the attention and conflict that they want for behaving the way they do.

I, faux intellectual that I am, would like to trash this movie. But I did see it.

In terms of a visual experience, the CG is unmatched. It really was visually stunning. But that was the only good thing about this movie. It was about as subtle with its motives as a 16th century morality play.

But you should see it in the theater, if you intended to see it at all.

I would never send anyone to the theatre for a story, the theatre is for showcasing effects and it succeeded unparalleled with this movie. I will admit the story was just a sci-fi version of Dances With Wolves but I still enjoyed it.
