If I made the following changes, I'd feel less like I am a waste of life.

1. Quit smoking tobacco.

2. Treat others well.

3. Diagnose and treat my skin problem.

4. Effectively manage migraine and jaw pain.

5. Develop a higher level of fitness.

6. Become creative enough to not work while still getting the resources I need to enjoy life.

7. Pretend (act like) I'm intelligent. Corollary: Get past the idea of right action and act.
