"Bitch" and "slut" (though more often the former) get some use, self referentially as reclaimed pride terms. What is a bitch after all but a woman who is outspoken, opinionated, and who stands up for herself? Is a slut other than a woman who owns her own sexuality and chooses her own pleasures?

"Cocktease" I've also used, though never, I think, in regard to sex or flirtation.

I can appreciate the desire of communities to reclaim language terms in order to defuse their past charge.

But the previous derogatory connotation remains, and it's up to the listener to infer context. And if the participants in the language reclamation meme continue to find offense at outsiders using the term, then the question of whether it is appropriate seems to rest on not only the context but also group identity (do you seem to identify with that group? do the fashion or language signals you give off fit in with my stereotype of a group member?)
