My friends want to go stay at the coast again, like we did in the Christmas holidays... and while that was fun and all, I don't really want to go again. But I can't think of a good excuse. Maybe I should go, teach me to be social.

Or I could just hide under the bed?

Sometimes you just need to be anti-social for a while...but sometimes you feel like that, go anyway and completely love it.

I think you should go - you can always run away from everyone if you feel like being alone for a bit. :0)

Actually what Piratanya said makes perfect sense. If you do decide you really don't want to go though, can you use a money excuse (in that you don't have enough)?
