Hey, I *am* into pain -- and even enjoy needles/bloodyplay -- and I *still* feel slightly resentful every time I see my acupuncturist. I just keep remembering how much better my energy is feeling and think, "it's not that bad." Right.

I hope the staple removal is as pain-free as possible! And I look forward to seeing you in a few days!

As long as you get them out in a timely manner, the staple removal really should be reasonable on the pain front (I won't say it's painless but it honestly shouldn't be painfull either).

On a 1-to-10 scale I was think they would be a 4 or 5. There were a 0.3
