Status of the neck: As far as I can tell, and feel and move, etc etc it's 100%. I can't really even feel that I had surgery. I was expecting that I'd have limited movement, but it's all good... I can function. It works

Glad to hear that you are doing mostly well. Knee pain sucks - mine like to give me fits on occasions. I think it's just to remind me that I'm getting old. ;)
