Today's lesson:

It is significantly easier to acquire one's possessions out of a storage unit when one has not (somehow) lost one of the two keys needed to access said storage unit. Further, it is optimal to find out one is missing said key 1) at a time when the storage unit is open and 2) prior to acquiring a moving van for the day.

Damn, it must be something about being named Joel. Ish had the exact same set of problems when he came to get his stuff out of storage here.
