Been a rough week at the office, but now I think I'm over the hump. We had a hard drive on the church server start dying, so I had to put the crisis management team into action. That's me! I had a meeting with myself and we came up with PLAN A. PLAN A was to get new hard drives and duplicate the old, failing drive onto a new drive. Sounds simple

1. Load Win XP Pro onto new hard drive
2. Transfer all network files.
3. Done! New Server! Yea!
But, I'm not done. The drives in the server were striped together in to 1. Win XP doesn't recognize the striped set, so I have to transfer the files while still in Win NT. I tried to use xcopy in a DOS window, but the operaring system kept stopping the process. I've got some ideas for my next attempt. How's that for technobabble? I'm sure you are one of the few that can hang with jargon that thick.
