I can't walk.

There are few things that humble a man more than losing the ability to walk. I'm experiencing that right now. A few days ago, on our day-after Christmas shopping spree, I held Ryan(my 15 month old son) a bit too long, I suppose, because the next day I was experiencing some back pain. Well, I don't know what else caused it. I think it was just using muscles that don't get used very often. I'm able to walk now, but it's tough. It's worse in the mornings after I wake up.

I guess so. Enjoy your youth! I'm still enjoying mine, but slowly but surely, age and gravity takes it's toll on the old bod. I think staying in shape helps. I'm going to try to get into a routine of doing some sort of abdomen exercise to prevent this back thing from happening again.

What did you end up doing for new years eve?

I'm almost sure it was from pain. Today was MUCH better.
I feel like I'm 50% back to normal! That's pretty good seeing as yesterday was the worse of it and it's been going for 4 or 5 days now. I just give God credit. I prayed real hard yesterday. See you Tuesday!
