Here it is Saturday again... already! The time sure flies and I wonder just what I've been doing for the last week. I know there were a few visits to doctors/dentists for Wendy as well as her mom. Good luck with the disposal! I had one that gave me all kinds of problems in my old house, years ago, and since I never used it anyhow, my dad just took it off and I did away with it. I never missed it. My current house doesn't have one either. We never had one when I was a child, so it was never an important thing for me, but I know some people use theirs all the time and would be sad without one!

We are just waiting for our plumber friend to have time to do the disposal installation. The old one still works OK, just has that small leak. I didn't grow up with one either but have become accustomed. We don't grind up bones or anything too heavy but find it very useful for just rinsing off food scraps from plates without the worry of clogging the drain.
