screw a lady in the street and a freak in the bed...i want a woman on the street and a dirty little girl naked - bed optional. is it odd to read ayn rynd and be just as moved by the sex scenes (i actually mean moved, you dirty minds) as by the philosophy and entrepenurial spirit that challenges any smart, proud reader? but enough on that

i'll guess you're reading atlas shrugged? such a beautiful book, but honestly i wasn't super keen on the sex scenes... well, i have mixed feelings; they (esp. the first one) seemed really counter to dominique's character, or at least counter to what i liked to imagine was her character. it's sort of painful for me to think that fundamentally such a strong woman would want that. i like to think of strong women as being more or less isomorphic to the way i think of strong men, which rand doesn't seem to agree with...
