How does this look?

This comes highly recommended by friends who stayed there last year.

Thanks. Do you not think the ears would be disarming when it comes to negotiations?

I'm not American. I'm not on the East Coast, and if I understand the lack of emails correctly, we've had a big falling out.

But HOLY COW! That place looks awesome. Put me in your case.

Put me in your case.

Please do. I'd love to see Yoko on this side of the pond!

I can't see the pool though. I don't like when they hide something.

You can come in my case anytime.

We locals prefer to swim in a charming little thing we like to call the Atlantic Ocean. ;-)

Check with E-F, but if memory serves, New Seabury is it's own development (rather than a town, per se). If I'm correct, then I've stayed here years ago and found it lovely and convenient.

She's right. New Seabury is a modern development in, I'm fairly certain, the town of Mashpee. (Feel free to laugh at the name; even some of us more crass locals do.) Some of my favorite kayaking is in nearby Waquoit Bay. It's in a nice area, feels kind of quiet and secluded but is really not far from shops and restaurants and such. And--more importantly--it's about 10 miles from my house in Falmouth, so how could I not say go for it?!

Excellent. Then I'm confident in saying that the unit we stayed in was absolutely lovely and the common areas, while modern, had the "olde cape cod" feeling about them.

Excellent stuff. Thanks E-F and FSR, most reassuring.

You will still be far too far from me but it looks posh.

BTW The ears add a certain je ne sais quoi!
