What is Love? (Baby dont hurt me...dont hurt me...no more)

What is this thing we call Love? Is it an emotion, akin to happiness or hatred? Is it a driving force in life like power or wealth? Or is it just a childish human fantasy used as a justification to use someone for your own design. I myself believe that true love is unattainable except by GOD almighty himself, from whom love originated before time
