General announcement...My dog ate my cell phone. Provide an alternative way of communication until my new cell phone is activated. Which should be tomorrow. I will keep in contact with the appropriate parties

Can you actually use that excuse when people you don't like call you, and they ask why you never called them back??

My phone was getting old anyway. Even with a working cell phone, I had a difficult time calling people back. Then again, if my cell actually worked half the time, this probably wouldnt have been an issue.
