I thought it was authentic 80's for the first few minutes.

Man, one T makes a big difference in how things are perceived.

Since you wrote it with two, I was in some meta-warp here. I was seeing it from Sarah Silverman's standpoint. And I was like: These guys... are brilliant. Is this for real? They're all butt-metal about stuff, but then saying death to it? How... meta.

And then they correct me at the end with only one T, and then I think they are actually taking themselves seriously.

Man, I'm confused.

As an inveterate metalhead, I approve this message. ;)

Also, if you can sit through 10 minutes of power metal, the video for Operation Ground and Pound by Dragonforce has a similar amusing moment.

With you posts of Chicago I could not help to think of you today while listening to Frank Sinatra singing the following today:

Now this could only happen to a guy like me
And only happen in a town like this
So may I say to each of you most gratefully
As I throw each one of you a kiss

This is my kind of town, chicago is
My kind of town, chicago is
My kind of people too
People who smile at you

And each time I roam, chicago is
Calling me home, chicago is
Why I just brim like a cload
Its my kind of town

My kind of town, chicago is
My kind of town, chicago is
My kind of razzmatazz
And it has, all that jazz

And each time I leave, chicago is
Tuggin my sleeve, chicago is
The wrigley building, chicago is
The union stockyard, chicago is
One town that wont let you down
Its my kind of town
