He is getting sweet potato confused with pumpkin, I think. Pumpkin is definitely a super food.

I know, I knew you would back me up on this. I just can not, for the life of me, find a solid, "official" list of super foods. I don't know if one really exists.

I have a book on them but I have already packed it into a box and shipped it to Chitown. It exists, though! There are 13 of them, I'm pretty sure.
