I finally got to see my nephew in the flesh the weekend before Halloween. We were going to go the weekend after he was born, but the little bugger had to go and come down with jaundice and go back to the hospital for a little bit. (And yes, I know that jaundice is not unusual for newborns, but it was torture having to wait another week to see him

Guys are guys, but when guys become Daddies? Oh, it's such a great transformation. I've seen it happen to all 4 of my brothers, and it's a wonder every time. I'm glad you finally got to see and cuddle the little guy--try not to spend *all* your vacation money on him! ;)
