1. What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before?
Went to a library in a very dangerous area of the city...at night.
2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions and will you make more for next year?
I didn't make any, but I will make one for next year to do Jenny Craig (or some other weight loss program) with Mom, and play Dance Dance Revolution about an hour a day! :D
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My friend Mel had her little girl, and several coworkers had babies.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No.
5. What countries did you visit?
Squeaked in Canada at the end of the year!
6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
My own apartment. A new job.
7. What date from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Nothing comes immediately to mind.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Finishing my practicum.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Failing to graduate this fall because I was too late to enroll for the practicum (the credit will go in for next year.)
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I fell down the stairs and bruised up my legs pretty good (yes, yes, lt_nightwarp, I KNOW you've told me a hundred times not to run on the steps... >.<) And of course I caught the usual crap from my kids at work. One stomach bug in late fall, and three or four colds.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Not really sure. I do really love my new phone, but my dad bought it for me.

Not sure..
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Aside from my kids' when they were having bad days, I'd say the behavior of the people on the dal.net channel #christiandebate, which is why I wound up getting myself banned. The place is like a zoo without bars. The people are vicious. I go on IRC to enjoy myself, dammit.
14. Where did most of your money go?
God only knows.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Going to Montreal! And finishing my practicum.

Wish I'd gone to an anime convention. Hopefully next year.

Same as I spend every night, Pinky--on IRC, excepting about ten minutes to watch the ball drop at New York Midnight and drink some sparkly grape juice. This NYE I will be spending with Mario in Montreal, probably with sparkly grape juice.

Not with a new person.

Ghost Hunters, although PGSM comes close to topping it.

Nah.

I reread the Vorkosigan series again.

Didn't make a big one this year.

Dance Dance Revolution for PS2!!!! :D

A new laptop, but I didn't ask.

I got black balloons from my coworker (gee thanks Rebecca) and we went out to eat at Tachibana's. I won't subject my parents to it again, since they don't like seafood. :P I hit the big 30 this year. It was... weird, but not as depressing as I expected.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
To have had more forward momentum. A la Miles Vorkosigan.

Fashion concept? I have one?
