So in today's wanderings online, I came across
a blog post that mentioned that person's "go to" meal that she always had in the house, and would do as a backup if things got too hectic or the planned dinner didn't work or anything. We have one of those in our house, too, and that got me wondering if the rest of the world did, too

Generally I also have a fridge full of shrooms, so cheesey shroom risotto is a good one. Depends on how hungry I am and whether or not I can wait long enough for risotto though.
If I'm energetic, stirfried range of veg (broccoli, onion, red pepper, courgette etc) with a couple eggs mixed in to turn it into a spanish omellete of sorts. Generally there are too many veg so I call it eggie vegetables. yum yum.
