Took a lunesta, smoked some pot, did a handful of jumping jacks and pushups.

If I don't get some sleep tonight, I'm looking to hire someone to assassinate me. Given the state of things, I probably wouldn't even know I'd been shot.

does lunesta actually help you? i get a weird pseudo-insomnia sometimes where, if i were to go to sleep at 11, i'll wake up aywhere from 12 to 2 and never go back to sleep. lunesta just helps me stay asleep, i used to drink nyquil to go to sleep. now i'm working on the theory that concentrating all of my sleep into a shorter period of time will help improve its quality.
i think the people above me are getting it on.
