A Portland Winter Wonderland

So, it snowed on my birthday!!! Yay!!! It's beautiful, though Portland is lacking good snow-dealing skills. I was house/dog sitting for moonspiralz 'till the morning of my birthday and had to drive home in the winter storm. The Arctic Blast!!! As the news called it. There were chains/studded tires required for any traveling on highways and express ways

Wow. I am hearing all these snow storuies from out your way. And now i just heard that we are supposed to get a storm starting tomorrow night that will end up with 7-11 inches of snow! i wonder if it's the same storm. I wonder if they are lying as usual. Darned weather MEN always saying more inches than really are there.

Well, so far they have told the truth about the storms here, for this week at least.
