10am- 12pm- jewish studies final
12pm-1pm- linguistics tutorial
1pm-3pm- study group for short story final at future's bakery
3:30pm-5:50pm- pick children up from school, supervise them. pray mom gets home before 6:00.
6:00pm-8:00pm- short story final
8:00pm onward- being paralytically high and making latkes.

so it's the first night of hanukah and i'm in toronto, studying my ass off with no hope of spending any of the 8 nights with my family.  i don't mean to be whiny- and i feel a little unfair complaining at all- becuase hanukah is theologically not an important holiday, it's just an over-hyped minor festival glorified as our answer to christmas. not ( Read more... )

battles  last night was rad rad rad. what a GREAT band. the crowd was 98% bearded white males. ha.

stop complianing about your life. just the fact that you HAVE a livejournal makes you one of the luckiest people on the planet. i am for one, one of the luckiest people on the planet. we all need to remeber that more often
